When life shifts, we’re rarely given space to process it.

Life transitions don’t always look dramatic on the outside. But inside, they can feel heavy and confusing. Roles change. Identities shift. Old ways of coping stop working. Many women learn to keep going, functional on the outside, disconnected on the inside.

Based in the Denver Metro, my guided workshops, retreats, and art experiences are rooted in emotional safety, creative expression, and community. Offering space for clarity, emotional release, and meaningful connection through guided creative expression.

Not to fix what’s broken - but to reconnect with what’s already there.

I’m a therapeutic artist and facilitator who believes that creativity can hold what words often cannot. My work is gentle, grounded, and guided—creating spaces where people feel safe to slow down, soften, and listen inward.

❋ Lived experience

Living with ADHD and as a survivor of trauma, I understand how anxiety, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm can live in the body. Art became my own way back—offering clarity, release, and a sense of coming home to myself.

❋ Training

My work is grounded in a Master’s in Counseling (M.Ed), professional experience as an artist, lived experience, and art-therapy-informed training.

❋ Expert Facilitation

I offer therapeutic art experiences that are non-clinical, ethical, and centered on emotional safety, creative process, and meaningful connection.

❋ Approach

This work sits at the intersection of creativity, emotional awareness, and community - offering space to express what’s difficult to name, without pressure to fix, analyze, or perform.

This work is not therapy - it’s a guided, creative process held with care and intention.
