and no "right" way to do it.
Just space that's yours,
however you want to use it.
Drop into Open Studio whenever you need space to create — pull up a seat at the community table, or slip away to our private studio space if you'd rather paint alone.
Curious about a
workshop, series, or retreat?
They're a meaningful way to explore something specific — grief, transition, or just reconnecting with parts of yourself that haven't had room to speak.
Some people come here to make art. Some come just to breathe for an hour. Both are welcome.

None at all — most Alchemists arrive as complete beginners. There's no wrong way to create here, no skill to keep up with, and no critique. Just as important as the art is the community you'll find: a warm, welcoming circle of women making, sharing, and cheering each other on. All you need to bring is a little curiosity — we'll hold the rest.
What to Expect
Therapeutic art is simply creativity used as care — a way to slow down, feel, and reconnect through making, with no need to be "good" at any of it. Long a home for women, and open to anyone who needs it, our studio is a place to pull up a chair, take a breath, and let something honest come out.
Not fixed.
Not transformed.
Reconnected.
This is for you if you...Are craving something slower, quieter, and more real

The process...Arrive and settle — Come in, pour a cup of tea, and let the outside world fall away.
Choose your way in — Drop into Open Studio, a workshop, or a class — whatever fits where you are today.
Be gently guided — Create at your own pace in a calm, non-clinical space, with support whenever you want it, and quiet whenever you don't.

What you'll leave with...A sense of emotional lightness and release
Greater clarity around what you're feeling and what you need
Reconnection to yourself and your inner voice
Creative tools — and a space — you can return to anytime
A feeling of being seen, supported, and part of a community
I’m a therapeutic artist and facilitator who believes that creativity can hold what words often cannot. My work is gentle, grounded, and guided—creating spaces where people feel safe to slow down, soften, and listen inward.
❋ Lived experienceLiving with ADHD and as a survivor of trauma, I understand how anxiety, disconnection, and emotional overwhelm can live in the body. Art became my own way back—offering clarity, release, and a sense of coming home to myself.
❋ TrainingMy work is grounded in a Master’s in Counseling (M.Ed), professional experience as an artist, lived experience, and art-therapy-informed training.
❋ Expert FacilitationI offer therapeutic art experiences that are non-clinical, ethical, and centered on emotional safety, creative process, and meaningful connection.
❋ ApproachThis work sits at the intersection of creativity, emotional awareness, and community - offering space to express what’s difficult to name, without pressure to fix, analyze, or perform.
This work is not therapy - it’s a guided, creative process held with care and intention.
- DhruviWhen life shifts, we’re rarely given space to process it.
This is that space — a calm studio in the Denver Metro to slow down, create, and reconnect, at your own pace and in good company.
Come make a little space for yourself.
